Site clearing, soil testing, and land leveling completed. Boundary walls and site office setup initiated for CozyCreek Farms, Rajasthan.
Phase 2 – Infrastructure Setup
Water and electricity lines installed across the site. Roads and drainage lines mapped for initial infrastructure development.
Phase 3 – Foundation Work
Villas’ foundation completed using reinforced RCC. Basement waterproofing and layout markings executed as per master plan.
Phase 4 – Structural Progress
Structural skeletons of multiple villas erected. Slab casting and column raising completed in line with architectural specs.
Phase 5 – Brickwork & Interior Conduits
Brick masonry work completed. Internal plumbing, electrical ducting, and wall groove wiring embedded across units.
Phase 6 – Finishing Touches
Tiling, plastering, and painting in progress. False ceiling setup and solar wiring installed. Smart-home infrastructure enabled.
Phase 7 – Clubhouse & Amenities
Clubhouse construction nearing completion. Swimming pool, yoga deck, and indoor game area developed with eco-friendly materials.
